I work with adults 55 and over who want to stay strong, capable, and independent as they move into the next stage of life. My approach is simple: train for real life. That means building meaningful strength, improving balance, and moving well through progressively challenging—but appropriate—training.
I coach out of a functional fitness gym, but this training isn’t about CrossFit or competition. It’s about developing the strength and confidence to get up from the floor, carry everyday loads, protect your joints, and handle the physical demands of daily life with ease.
Every program I design is individualized and purposeful. We move at a pace that feels right for you while gradually increasing challenge over time, working around limitations and focusing on long-term progress you can feel outside the gym.
